We are the only airport transportation company in Houston that does not stage either Taxis or Town Cars at either airport. We track your aircraft by computer in our offices. Thirty minutes before you land we dispatch a car to the airport. We always dispatch our driver in advance of your arrival. Therefore, if you change your arrival information, please inform us prior to departure from your city of origin. We track your planes arrival time and will have a driver waiting for your scheduled arrival.

TAXI CAB PICKUP PROCEDURE:

1. When you land, pickup your luggage then ...
   Call Dispatch at 281-630-1137 or 281-536-8555
2. We will tell you the number of the Taxi Cab assigned to you.
3. Proceed to the South side of the Terminal where the Ground Transportation Booth (Taxi Starter Booth) is located.
4. Tell the Starter your name and the number of the Taxi Cab assigned to you. Let the Starter know you have a pre-arranged Taxi scheduled.
5. NOTE: If you wait more than 5 minutes call Dispatch at 281-630-1137.

TOWN CAR PICKUP PRODEDURE:
If we assigned a Town Car to your party ...

FROM BUSH - IAH AIRPORT
Terminals A, B C (Bush - IAH) Pickup Info:

1. Pick up your luggage
2. Go to the Limo Booth located on the West Wall of Terminals A, B, or C.
3. When you arrive at the Limo Booth there will be a driver with a sign with your name on it.
4. Tell the driver your name.

We are "fanatics about customer service", therefore, most of our airport pickups are at the Limo Booth located on the West Side of Terminals A, B, or C.

Terminal D (Bush - IAH) Pickup Info:

Head for the inside door closest to the Ground Transportation (Taxi booth). Driver will be located inside the terminal by that door.

Terminal E (Bush - IAH) Pickup Info:

1. When your plane arrives at the old Terminal "E", proceed to the new Terminal "E" (use the new overhead walkway).
2. Pickup your luggage, then proceed to Customs.
3. After you clear Customs, look for the STARBUCKS COFFEE STAND (located in front of Customs).
4. Your driver will be waiting for you at the Starbucks stand.
5. He will be holding a sign with your name on it.
